With a bang, Netflix kicked off Geeked Week! The Gray Man, this year's highly anticipated blockbuster film, has debuted the first clip. The worldwide action spy thriller, accessible July 22 on Netflix, pits Ryan Gosling (Uncatchable) against Chris Evans (Unstoppable). The clip also shows a glimpse of Ana de Armas' (The Untraceable) persona.
This new clip from the Russo Brothers' new action film is about a skilled CIA operative (Ryan Gosling) who accidentally uncovers dark agency secrets and the psychopathic former colleague (Chris Evans) who places a bounty on his head, setting off a global manhunt by international assassins, before it's filed away in the confidential file.
Courtney Gentry (Ryan Gosling), nicknamed Sierra Six, is a CIA operative. Gentry was previously a highly-skilled, agency-sanctioned merchant of death, plucked from a federal penitentiary and recruited by his handler, Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton). But now the tables have turned, and Six is the hunted, being pursued by Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), a former CIA colleague who will go to any length to eliminate him. Dani Miranda (Ana de Armas) is on his side. He'll require it.
In the Netflix/AGBO thriller directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and starring Ana de Armas, Regé-Jean Page, Billy Bob Thornton, Jessica Henwick, Dhanush, Wagner Moura, and Alfre Woodard, Ryan Gosling plays The Gray Man while Chris Evans plays his psychopathic rival.
