Netflix’s The Gray Man is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. Starring Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans, the movie is even more special for the Indian fans as it features Hollywood debut of Dhanush. The makers have now released its official trailer as planned and it shows Dhanush in action.

The trailer starts off with giving the viewers the definition of a “gray man”. A gray man is a reckless mystery man sent in when an official cannot be sent in to deal with a mission. The trailer soon introduces us to Gosling and Evan’s characters, as the latter is trying to take out the former. The trailer offers a lot of action sequences from the movie including gunfight and explosions, promising a high-adrenaline action flick.

While we understand that wet teams will be looking to take out the infamous Sierra Six, we also get a few face offs between the two stars in the trailer. Another highlight of the trailer for the Indian fans, is that it gives a glimpse into Dhanush’s character, and it does not disappoint. While the Tamil star only makes a brief appearance in the trailer, he can be seen performing one of his many trademark flying kicks.

The trailer is high on action and we also get a glimpse of Ana De Armas. Fans of the action movie genre can expect a lot from The Gray Man as it promises a high-octane treat.

The movie also features Regé-Jean Page, Billy Bob Thornton, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura and Alfre Woodard in other important roles. The Gray Man is reportedly Netflix’s most expensive movie.

Based on the book series The Gray Man by Mark Greaney, the movie is directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, who has previously helmed movies such as Captain America: Civil War and Avenger: Endgame.

The Gray Man will hit select theatres on July 15 before it starts streaming on Netflix on July 22, 2022.
