Kapil quipped, “Phir, sirf vrat toda (So, you just broke your fast)?” Priyanka replied, “Nahi mithai bhi khai (No, I had sweets too).”

Hajmola incident

Priyanka Chopra shared a funny incident that is quite relatable to Indians. When Kapil asked if Nick had ever tried pickles (achaar), the global star told him to imagine the reaction of an American on eating Hajmola. “Mera ek drawer hai jisme aam papad, Hajmola aur chatar patar cheezein hoti hai aur Nick puchte hai ismein kya hai, unko sab jaanna ha toh mene khila dia hajmola” (I have a drawer filled with aam papad, Hajmola, and other tangy snacks at home, and Nick wanted to know everything, so I gave him a Hajmola). He’s like, “Why does this smell like farts?” This incident cracked up everyone in the audience as the entire arena was filled with laughter.

Punjabi nicknames

Kapil asked Priyanka to give Nick Jonas a Punjabi nickname. Priyanka then revealed that some elder relatives in her family have already given Nick funny nicknames. “Meri Bua, Chacha wagerah sab Nickwa, Nicki, and Nicku bolte hai. One day he called him ‘Nicker.’ There are people in my family who need a limit on their drinks. Nicker, come here,” Priyanka added.
