The makers of The Kashmir Files unveiled Bhasha Sumbli’s first look from the film today. The star’s first look was released through a character motion poster on the maker’s official social media handles.

The motion poster opens with the words ‘Raliv, Galiv ya Chaliv’ coming into view on a crack ridden wall, the phrase that was used by radicals to threaten the Kashmiri Pandits, asking the latter to either convert or leave the region if they did not want to be killed. Sumbli’s character, looking battered and despondent, comes into view as the song in the background fades into sounds of screaming and gunshots. The poster also reveals the name of Sumbli’s character in the film, Sharda Pandit.
