The makers of Anand Deverakonda’s Baby pull off a one-of-a-kind feat in Telugu cinema; here’s all you need to know

Writer, director, who previously helmed Hrudaya Kaleyam and produced films like Kobbari Matta, Colour Photo in the past, is directing a love triangle, Baby, next. Anand Deverakonda, Viraj Ashwin and Vaishnavi Chaitanya (debutante) essay the lead roles in this romance produced by SKN under Mass Movie Makers. The film went on floors last year.

Earlier this week, the makers of Baby claimed that they were set to pull off a never-seen-before dance sequence in Telugu cinema featuring Anand Deverakonda. Reportedly, the sequence required the support of hundreds of workers, extensive hard work over three months in terms of the production design (by Suresh Bhimigani) and dance choreography (by Polaki Vijay).

The one-of-a-kind dance sequence was shot last night and the team has expressed its happiness in managing something so challenging and incredible. The producer SKN even tweeted, “I am proud of my #BABY team. We did an unbelievably amazing thing today. Damn happyyyy and kudos to my hero @ananddeverkonda, director @sairazesh, DOP #BalReddy, music dir @VijaiBulganin, choreographer @PolakiVijay, art dir Suresh and each & every one. Waiting to unveil full details.”

The director Sai Rajesh too couldn’t be happier, as he added, “Achieved something....So damn f**** Proud of it…You may not see the happiness in my eyes..I may not express my happiness in words…#BABY." There’s still suspense over the ‘sequence’ the makers are referring too. All we could say as of now is that it’s a scene where Vinayaka Chavithi is being celebrated in a crowded yet well-decorated street amidst two buildings.
