The Morning Show Season 4 OTT release date: When and where to watch Jennifer Aniston-Reese Whitherspoon led drama

Morning Show, the hit drama featuring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Whitherspoon in the lead, which explores everything that goes into a network broadcast morning news programme, is back for a fourth season. This time too, it will have 10 episodes that will drop once a week. Season 4 picks up two years after the events of Season 3 and will premiere on the streamer – Apple TV+ - on September 17.

Ahead of the new season, the platform dropped a trailer, the official synopsis of which reads, “Season four of opens in spring 2024, almost two years after the events of season three. With the UBA-NBN merger complete, the newsroom must grapple with newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America. In a world rife with deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups — who can you trust? And how can you know what’s actually real?”

Aniston and Whitherspoon are joined by returning series regulars Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Nicole Beharie and Jon Hamm. New additions this season include Marion Cotillard, Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Boyd Holbrook and Jeremy Irons.

Whitherspoon’s Bradley Jackson is not in jail, as per the trailer, despite last Season’s explosive finale in which she turned herself in to the FBI for her part in the cover up of an attack, involving her brother. Is she back after serving time or did she hash out some kind of deal, which includes her returning to where it all began and setting things right?

Will the reset at the network mean that they will push stories that they really care about, while also being the first to report and getting it right at the same time? Is the network actually the utopia where women lift each other up or is it all a façade? What new challenges await Aniston’s Alex Levy? There’s a lot that will play out in Season 4, which will run all the way till November 19.
