What's the plot of The Neighborhood
The TV show follows the life of the white Johnson family, who is from the midwest, and moves to the predominantly black community neighborhood in Los Angeles. When an extreme racism clash begins in the neighborhood, the Johnsons build an unlikely friendship with Clavin Butler who lives next door. The two families navigate the ups and downs of life together, with the Johnsons finally finding their peace in the black neighborhood with the Butlers’ help.
Despite having different cultural backgrounds and perspectives, the show brilliantly captures the two families' strong bond and how both of them begin to trust each other.
