The terrorising World War II has ruined millions of lives since 1939 to 1945. Almost every country in the world, even the strongest ones, were involved in a giant fight between two teams - the Allies and the Axis. These countries poured everything they had - money, factories, brains into this massive war, making it hard to tell who was a soldier and who wasn't. It was a fight like no other.

Apart from causing severe financial crises and millions of deaths, the conflict has also made a huge impact on the fashion world. That's what the story of the biographical drama- The New Look will be telling us on February 14, 2024 on AppleTV+.
What does the trailer show?
The streaming giant has recently dropped the trailer, where it shows us the glamorous world of Paris fashion, with all its fancy outfits from the 1900 era. But it also takes us back to the dark and difficult times of World War II. It's like seeing two very different sides of the same city. We get to see some pretty clothes from that time and nostalgic views of the city. The trailer also hints at some dramatic events in French fashion designer Christian Dior's life, especially with his competitor Coco Chanel, another French fashion designer.
It is really phenomenal to know that In the dark days of World War II, despite dealing with the terrible things happening around them, designers Christian Dior and Coco Chanel created a whole new way of dressing that changed fashion forever. It was like bringing light and hope into a world full of shadows. The whole drama will not only be amazing to watch, but it will give us a new way to look at that era.
