The Night Agent is the latest action thriller series starring Gabriel Basso and The Whale fame-Hong Chau. The Shawn Ryan-created Netflix show is based on the novel of the same name by Matthew Quirk. The makers have dropped the official trailer that sees an FBI agent on the hunt for a traitor to save his nation and its people.

The latest trailer begins with a montage of train passengers travelling through a train. A well-built good-looking man offers his seat to a woman with a child. As soon as he stand-ups, he sees a suspicious man leaving a bag behind as he gets off the train. He goes and checks the bag and finds a time bomb inside. Being an informed person, he pulls the chain of the rapidly moving train, introduces himself as an FBI agent and asks everyone to immediately get off in the middle of the tracks. As soon as the passengers get off, the bomb blasts.

The video further takes us to the White House, where, Peter, the FBI agent gets welcomed and gets informed about the Nigh Action, a top-secret investigative programme within the FBI.

He gets in charge to answer crucial calls at night and act on them. Moving on, he gets informed that there is an intruder in the White House, which is costing the FBI, and the life of the secret agents. Post that, he makes it his mission to find that guy and bring him to justice to save his country as well as his colleagues.

Makers dropped the latest official trailer with a special caption that reads, "Heroes aren't born. They answer the call. From The Executive Producer of The Shield & S.W.A.T. comes The Night Agent. The Night Agent is now streaming, only on Netflix. (Sic)."
