The Night Manager creator Sandeep Modi: We have put out an eclectic cast for a global audience

After the release of its first look, the audience is quite excited to know more about the upcoming web series The Night Manager starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor. 

The show is created and directed by Sandeep Modi. It is co-directed by Priyanka Roy and produced by The Ink Factory and Banijay Asia. The Night Manager is a Hindi adaptation of the John le Carre’s novel of the same title. 

Talking about his project, Sandeep Modi said, “We have put together an eclectic cast and crew not just from across India but across the globe to bring forth the larger vision I have for this engaging saga. From leading actors like Aditya Roy Kapur and the legend Anil Kapoor from the Hindi film industry, we have Sobhita Dhulipala who has made a huge mark in the OTT world and films down south, Tillotama Shome who has been a breakout talent in International new age cinema, to even Saswata Chatterjee who is a stalwart from the Bengali Film industry, all bring this ensemble alive.” 

The maker also revealed the international crew that came on board for the show. "Sam CS from the Tamil Industry who brought us Vikram Vedha scores the music, DOP of War and Bang Bang from Australia - Ben Jasper and of course Mukesh Chabbra who is the best casting director of the country as per me. Our costume stylist Kshitij Kankaria is a Paris-based designer and has brought his international sensibilities and taste to our characters," he shared. 

The series has been written by Sridhar Raghavan who earlier penned some of the biggest blockbusters of Bollywood like War and Tiger Zinda Hai franchise. Akshat and Shantanu wrote dialogues for the show. They, who contributed to Badhaai Ho, are expected to add quirk to the show. 

Anaita Shroff Adajania who has dressed the biggest stars of our country over the years also made her contribution to the show. 

The series will soon be released on Disney Plus Hotstar.
