The series starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, and Sobhita Dhulipala received immense love from fans and critics in 2023, and since then, an update on season 2 has been awaited. The Night Manager Season 2 update
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, director Priyanka Ghose revealed that there hasn’t been any official announcement or confirmation of The Night Manager’s second season yet, but also mentioned that there is an intention to make a season two for sure. "All of us are really keen on it, including our producers, who are our British producers, England and London, who own the main property of The Night manager," she said.
Priyanka, who is also the director of The Royals, shared that there are a lot of legalities and formalities that need to be done because they are finishing their English season two with Tom Hiddleston and other actors.

"Finally, their season two is coming out this year. So the rights still belong to Amazon Global right now for that. Until and unless they've sorted out the rights part of it, then which streaming platform is going to take over and which producers," she said.

It is a remake of the British show of the same name, which follows Shaan Sengupta, a former Navy lieutenant. He infiltrates the inner circle of an arms dealer and leads him to his downfall. The story centers on Shaan's journey from night manager of a Dhaka hotel to an undercover agent, ultimately aiming to expose the dangerous activities of arms dealer Shelly Rungta, played by Anil Kapoor. In the series, Sobhita Dhulipala played Kaveri, Shelly's wife. The series is streaming on JioHotstar.
