The Night Manager trailer Twitter reactions: Netizen compares Anil Kapoor to 'Taj Mahal,' calls him 'jhakkas'

The Night Manager is set to release on Disney+ Hotstar soon. The Indian adaptation of the British television series stars Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sobhita Dhulipala in major roles. Fans have loved the latest trailer and showered their praises on the actors.

A few admirers loved Kapoor as an antagonist as well as Kapur in his OTT debut.

Kapoor shared the trailer video with a special caption on Twitter that reads, "If danger is bad, I don't want to be good... At the trailer launch of #TheNightManager today, I feel immense pride & excitement at what this diverse & talented team has managed to accomplish. I hope our passion and thrill jumps out at you & I hope that you love it! (sic)."

Meanwhile, one of the fans praised the veteran actor and wrote, "They say Taj Mahal is one of the 7 Wonders of the world, but for me, India has 2 wonders. One Anil Sir and the other Taj. We love you always ANIL Sir.. And you are always Jhakaas (sic)."

Another fan also called the 66-year-old actor 'jhakkas.'

However, there are a few netizens who compared the latest trailer with Tom Hiddelston's British series. One of them shared, "So they're launching an Indian version of Tom Hiddleston's The Night Manager. From the trailer, it seems they've copied each scene and literally translated the dialogues. Not sure if it can leave behind the same impact on the viewer. #TheNightManagerOnHotstar #TheNightManager (sic)."
