The Ride: Prashanth Murali-Ann Sheetal's thriller to clash with Indrajith Sukumaran's Dheeram

Another Malayalam thriller will hit the big screen on December 5. Alongside Indrajith Sukumaran's Dheeram, The Ride, which stars Sudhi Koppa, Ann Sheetal, and Prashanth Murali in the key roles, will be released.

Mala Parvathy, Srikanth Murali, and Gopika Manjusha play the main parts in this Ritesh Menon-directed movie. Gopika gained widespread recognition for her minor role in Jhanvi Kapoor's most recent movie, Param Sundari. Suhas Shetty contributed to the film's narrative. The dialogue and screenplay for The Ride were written by Ritesh Menon and Suhas Shetty.

The main focus of the movie is how taking a shortcut during a car ride delivers the a group of passengers unanticipated experiences. According to sources, a prominent actor will abruptly appear in The Ride, which is billed as an intriguing thriller. Sooraj ES, who received this year's State Award for Best Editor for Kishkinda Kaandam, helmed the edit works of this movie.

In addition to Dheeram, Khajuraaho Dreams, a long-awaited Malayalam film starring Arjun Ashokan and Sharaf U Dheen, would also debut on the same day. Anomie: The Equation of Death, a thriller with Bhavana and Rahman in the lead roles, is reportedly set for release on December 5. 

A few eagerly awaited films, like Nivin Pauly's horror comedy Sarvam Maya and Dileep's Bha Bha Ba, will also be released in theatres in December. Mohanlal, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Redin Kingsley, Sandy Master, Balu Varghese, Siddarth Bharathan, Baiju Santhosh, and Saranya Ponvanan all play important parts in Bha Bha Ba. On December 25, Sarvam Maya, which reunites Nivin Pauly and Aju Varghese, who have starred in multiple successful films, will be released on the big screen. Vrusshabha, starring Mohanlal, has also been announced to be shown in theatres on the same day. The fantasy period drama is a multilingual project, which has the Malayalam superstar in dual roles.
