The sequel to Balakrishna-Boyapati Sreenu's biggest hit Akhanda to be announced soon

Boyapati Sreenu is known as the massiest directors in Telugu cinema. His kind of cinema is loved by the masses, and he gave his biggest hit in the form of Akhanda. He teamed up with superstar Balakrishna and scored a massive success in December 2021. The action drama became Balakrishna's biggest hit in his career.

Well, it has been over a year since that film came out and now, news about its sequel is doing the rounds. From the last two days, social media is abuzz with discussions about the sequel and on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivrathri, Thaman confirmed the sequel by posting "“Trust in God. God Bless. Let’s meet soon in Akhanda 2.”

This has made the fans quite happy as Balayya and Boyapati Sreenu are a deadly combo and have only given super hits in the past. So, they, teaming up for Akhanda 2 is a crazy news. Akhanda was an action drama and Balakrishna was seen in double roles in this film. One of his characters was seen as an Aghora and the director left his track open for the sequel as well.

Thaman was one of the key aspects for the film to go all out his BGM was on another level. As of now, Boyapati Sreenu is making a film with hero Ram and Balakrishna is doing a project with Anil Ravipudi. So, only time will tell when this crazy sequel will be announced and go on floors.
