The Shahid Kapoor Quiz!

Initially recognized for portraying romantic roles, Shahid Kapoor, the son of renowned actor Pankaj Kapoor and Neelima Azad, has evolved as an actor and has tackled a wide variety of roles. He started his career with the romantic comedy Ishq Vishq for which he won the Filmfare award for the best debut male.

Over the years, he has done various action and thriller films, such as Udta Punjab and Vishal Bharadwaj’s, Haider, adaptation of Shakespeare’s play Hamlet, for which he received critical acclaim.

Kabir Singh, the Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy was the last film he featured in. His next film Jersey, with co-actor Mrunal Thakur, was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Along with acting, Kapoor supports a wide range of charities and hosts award ceremonies. He has also featured as a talent judge on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Reloaded in 2015.
