The Traitors Season 2 Announced: All you need to know about Karan Johar's game show

Just when fans were sad that the first season of Karan Johar's The Traitors is about to end on July 3, Amazon Prime Video delighted them with the news of The Traitors Season 2. The show is all set to be renewed for a second season due to huge fans' demands across the nation. The Traitors - Season One captivated viewers across the country with its high-level gameplay, unexpected twists, and edge-of-the-seat cliffhangers. Now that the second season has been announced, here's all you need to know about KJo's game show. 

The Traitors Season 2

Ahead of the finale of The Traitors Season 1, Prime Video announced that Karan Johar will return with second season. They shared three pictures on Instagram which read, "Fans of The Taritors, there has been a new murder. We killed it this season so... The Traitors Season 2 in developement." 

Reacting to the announcement, fans demanded whom they want to see in The Traitors 2. One fans said, "We want Adaa Khan and Kashish Kapoor in season 2." Another suggested, "Hina Khan Jennifer Winget." A third fan said, "Karanveer mehra , aly goni , Krushna Abhishek , surbhi chandna , nakul maheta , digvijay rathi , chum."

The Traitors season 1

Season 1 is set against the backdrop of a palace in Suryagarh, Rajasthan, and hosted by Karan Johar. It started with 20 well-known personalities from across the entertainment spectrum — including Anshula Kapoor, Apoorva, Ashish Vidyarthi, Elnaaz Nourouzi, Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Janvi Gaur, Jasmin Bhasin, Karan Kundrra, Lakshmi Manchu, Maheep Kapoor, Mukesh Chhabra, Nikita Luther, Purav Jha, Raftaar, Raj Kundra, Sahil Salathia, Sudhanshu Pandey, Sufi Motiwala, and Uorfi Javed.

After 6 episodes, the remaining contestants are Anshula Kapoor, Apoorva Mukhija, Elnaaz Nourouzi, Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Janvi Gaur, Jasmine Bhasin, Nikita Luther, Purav Jha, Sudhanshu Pandey, Sufi Motiwala, and Uorfi Javed.

Meanwhile, new episodes drop every Thursday at 8 p.m.
