Sandra Bullock is gearing up for a comeback to the silver screen after almost three years. The popular actor’s latest film, The Unforgivable, will be released on a popular OTT platform this month.
When and where can you watch The Unforgivable?
The Unforgivable had a limited theatrical release on November 24. The drama film will be available to stream on Netflix from December 10 onwards.
What is The Unforgivable about?
The Unforgivable is based on the British mini series Unforgiven, which aired in 2009. The film revolves around the story of Ruth Slater, a woman who recently is released from prison after serving her 20 year sentence for murdering a police officer. Even after her release, she struggles to shake off the remnants of her past crime, as everyone around her views her as an ex-convict and killer.
The film also follows her efforts to reconnect with her little sister, who is in the care of a couple, who do not take well to the news that Ruth is out.
Who are the cast and crew behind The Unforgivable?
The upcoming film stars Sandra in the lead role, her most recent after 2018’s Bird Box.
It also features Vincent D'Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, Richard Thomas, Linda Emond, Aisling Franciosi, Rob Morgan and Viola Davis.
The Unforgivable is directed by Nora Fingscheidt from a script written by Peter Craig, Hillary Seitz and Courtenay Miles. The film is produced by Sandra, Graham King and Veronica Ferres.
