The Warrior: Teaser of Ram Pothineni's action drama will drop on THIS date

Ram Pothineni’s upcoming movie, The Warrior is a release, fans are eagerly looking forward to. The latest update from the movie’s makers is about the teaser for the movie. 

The makers announced today that the first teaser of the cop action drama will be released on May 14 at 5:31 PM. The makers took to social media to share the news with the fans. 

“It's time to Unleash the Warrior within. #TheWarriorrTeaser will be out on May 14 at 5:31 PM, #TheWarriorrOnJuly14 (sic)”, wrote Srinivasaa Silver Screen in a tweet, which also came with a stylish poster for the movie. 

The makers had earlier released a single from the movie, titled Bullet Song on April 22. The song has since amassed a lot of listeners and has received over 19 million views on YouTube until the time of publishing this article. 

The Warrior is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, which also marks the Telugu directorial debut of director N. Lingusamy. Written and directed by Lingusamy, the movie is touted to be an action drama, with Ram playing a cop. 

Apart from Ram in the lead, the movie also stars Krithi Shetty as the female lead, with Aadhi Pinisetty essaying the role of the antagonist named Guru. Bharathiraja, Akshara Gowda and Nadhiya also essay pivotal roles in the film. The movie has music composed by Devi Sri Prasad while Navin Nooli and Sujith Vaassudev are the editor and cinematographer, respectively.

Backed by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen, the movie is set to hit theatres on July 14. The movie’s OTT streaming rights have already been acquired by Disney+ Hotstar.
