The makers of Pathrosinte Padappukal, the romantic drama directed by Afsal Abdul Latheef and starring Dinoy Paulose and Sharaf U Dheen, have released the song titled Theeyanu from the movie.
The song is a beautiful and lovable romantic number that immediately spreads the feeling of love through the listener. The song, which is composed by Jakes Bejoy and penned by Joe Paul, has Kapil Kapilan’s voice at the heart of everything.
The video song features Dinoy Paulose’s character Tony Pathrose asking a church priest if loving someone was a sin, following which he tries to woo Ranjita Menon’s Ammu. The two are then seen flirting with each other with looks and smiles as they walk back home from the church.
The video also sees Pathrose and his friends run into a little scuffle with a Christmas Carol while on their way back home, and Suresh Krishna comes to the rescue.
The movie is directed by Afsal Abdul Latheef and written by Dinoy Paulose. The comedy-drama tells the story of a family which has four children, who are played by Paulose, Sharafudheen and Naslen K. Gafoor.
While Sharafudheen’s Sony Pathrose, the eldest, is a traveller, Paulose’s Tony Pathrose is a lazy man who just wants to enjoy life and with a devil-may-care attitude. The story picks up with the arrival of their grandmother and the events that follow.
The song, which was released on Sunday, is fast becoming a hit among the youngsters and has already racked up close to two lakh views. Produced by Marikar Entertainments, the movie also stars Grace Antony, James Eliya, Shiny Zara, Johny Antony and Shammi Thilakan among others.
