At last, the event for which everyone was waiting for with bated breath finally arrived. After all the excitement and anxiousness, Bollywood’s very own Alia Bhatt made her finest ever appearance on the globally prestigious event ‘Met Gala 2023’. Just about everyone on the red carpet paid homage to the legendary Karl Lagerfeld, who was being honored at the grand gala event. Alia Bhatt, who chose to wear a pristine white gown created by the ‘creator’ Prabal Gurung, was looking every inch a stunner at her ‘Met Gala’ debut.

No sooner did she make her grand debut at the ‘Met Gala 2023’ event, she was floored and loaded with compliments galore from almost everyone. Besides the array of fans and followers, there were also many of the celebrities who took to social media and complimented the Bhatt lady for her stunningly spectacular show that she put on at the ‘’Met Gala. These celebrities included Katrina Kaif, who posted ‘So pretty’. Then, there was singer-actress Sophie Choudhry who wrote, “So so beautiful. Nailed it”. Besides them, there was the ace designer Manish Malhotra who complimented the ‘Raazi’ actress by sending out read hats’ emojis under Alia Bhatt’s post. Kareena Kapoor Khan wrote, “Too beautiful”. The social media sensation turned actress Mithila Palkar wrote, “Stunnnn”. There were also an array of fans who were running short of adjectives to describe Alia Bhatt.

For the still unversed, Alia Bhatt posted her ‘Met Gala’ look on social media and captioned it satt8ing, “Met Gala — Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty. I have always been fascinated by the iconic Chanel brides. Season after season, the genius of Karl Lagerfeld shone through in the most innovative and awe-inspiring couture. My look tonight was inspired from this and in particular by supermodel Claudia Schiffer’s 1992 Chanel bridal look. I wanted to do something that felt authentic (hello, pearls!) and proudly made in India. The embroidery, made with a 100,000 pearls is a labour of love by @prabalgurung. I’m so proud to wear you for my first Met. A girl can never have too many pearls… and the right accessories to complement the look which in our case translated to the bow of pearls on my hair”.
