The promotions for Thug Life, the upcoming Tamil film starring Kamal Haasan, have officially begun! The first single from the film Jinguchaa, a song filmed with the backdrop of wedding, was released at an event held in Chennai. Scored by AR Rahman, the lyrics have been written by Kamal Haasan himself. Hindi actor Sanya Malhotra makes an appearance in Jinguchaa.

Ever since its announcement, Thug Life has created much anticipation among fans, given that the film will see the reunion of two powerhouses of talent, Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam. The duo will be joining hands after 38 years since the release of their film Nayakan.

With Thug Life set to release on June 5, the makers kickstarted the promotions with the release of the first single, Jinguchaa. AR Rahman will be scoring music for the film. The single has lyrics by Kamal Haasan with the song crooned by Vaishali Samant, Shakthisree Gopalan and Adithya RK.

The wedding song features Sanya Malhotra, the popular Hindi actor who was recently seen in Mrs, making an appearance as she shakes a leg with Silambarasan, who is also a part of the film.

Thug Life features a star-studded cast, including Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ashok Selvan, Joju George, Abhirami, Nasser, Ali Fazal, and others. It is produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies.
