Tiger Nageswara Rao, the biopic of the much-feared, notorious thief from Stuartpuram, starring Ravi Teja, is gearing up for a release on October 20. Nupur Sanon, sister to Kriti Sanon and Gayatri Bhardwaj make their Telugu debut with the film written and directed by Vamsee. Abhishek Agarwal is producing the pan-Indian action entertainer under Abhishek Agarwal Arts.

The actioner is expected to be the biggest release in Ravi Teja’s career across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages. GV Prakash Kumar is scoring the music for the film. After making noise with the first single Ek Dum Ek Dum where the protagonist woos Nupur, a new song from the film, launched day, puts the spotlight on the beastly dimension of the protagonist.

Veedu, an intense number, is an attempt to understand the psyche of Tiger Nageswara Rao, what prompted him to become a thief, go against law, indulge in crime and why he doesn’t regret it. Anurag Kulkarni, who also crooned for the first song, continues his glorious run with Veedu, written by award-winning lyricist Chandrabose. Sekhar master has choreographed the song.

‘Pantham kosam aakali veedu..Adhikaaram kosam mohame veedu..Aishwaryam kosam atyaase veedu..Andaru aagipoyina chota modalvuthaadu veedu..,” the opening lines trace his origins. Veedu is expected to appear in the film while introducing a viewer to the protagonist’s world. The grey visual scale, the rustic appeal of the rendition and the composition pique a film buff’s curiosity.
