Anissh, who was last seen in his debut directorial Ramarjuna, which released in early 2021, is ready for his next. On Wednesday, the actor will reveal the title and first look of a film, which is his 10th film and third for his banner, Wink Whistle Productions. This film, we are told, is being directed by AR Shaan, who has also written the story and is being backed by KV Ravikumar, Sreekanth KP and Nandish LR.

According to reports, Anissh and the team have already finished shooting the talkie portions of the film, with only the songs pending to be completed. Last year, speaking to the media after the release of Ramarjuna, the actor-director had said that he was utilizing the break from work owing to the lockdown in writing newer scripts and that he had locked on one particular subject as his next. Anissh had mentioned that he was looking at going on floors with a rural-based subject revolving around a brother-sister relationship. It is unclear at the moment if the AR Shaan film is this project or another one altogether.

The report also states that Anissh has been paired with Sampada Hulivana, who was most recently seen in Nikhil Kumar’s Rider. The film has music by Kaushik Harsha, while Vikram Mor is coordinating the action and Venu Nagaraj Murthy is handling cinematography. Anissh took to social media about the upcoming announcement for the project that is special to him. The actor-filmmaker, who has been in the industry for a decade, during which he graduated from acting to production and then direction too, is, according to reports, leaving no stone unturned to ensure that his 10th film turns out great.
