Telugu actor, Arvind Krishna made his foray into acting after his education in the US. Arvind made his debut with the movie Alasyam Amrutham where he played a supporting role. He is looking for that one big success that can take him to the next level.
He is now shooting for his upcoming superhero film, A Master Piece. Not many know that Arvind Krishna is a professional basketball player who participates in various leagues across Asia and has won multiple events.
A few days ago he participated in the prestigious 'The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) 3x3 Sagamihara Quest hosted by 3BL Japan, last week. The actor captained the Hyderabad 3BL team that also had players from other countries Balla Kouyate, Takaharu Tsugawa, and Mayori.
His team is playing qualifiers and more games are scheduled for next year. The special aspect is that Arvind is the only Indian actor to have participated in the league. When asked about the same, he says “That’s a huge honor. Given that I have been shooting non-stop for my films, being part of 3BL is a welcome break,”
Adding further, Aravind says he likes to balance films and sports. “My sports background shaped my personality and it had a huge influence on my film career too. Since both films and sports are professions that involve team effort both professions complement each other for me.”
