"Toofan," a Bengali action drama starring Mimi Chakraborty and Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan, directed by Raihan Rafi, will stream on an OTT platform soon

One of the big-banner Bengali films of the year, Toofan, which created a wave among the Bengali community all over the world will soon be dropped online. Billed as an action drama, the film features Mimi Chakraborty and Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan. This high-octane action thriller is directed by Raihan Rafi.
Toofan was released in Bangladesh on June 17 and worldwide. In India, it was dropped in July. Now, the film will be dropped on Hoichoi on September 19. The film has set a milestone of success in Bangladesh. In fact, it also did well among the Bengali diaspora worldwide.
The film's international acclaim extends beyond Australia, with Toofan being screened in over 100 theaters worldwide, including in the USA, Canada, Belgium, Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, UK, France, Sweden, and London. The response in Bangladesh has been overwhelmingly positive, with theaters across the country remaining fully booked.
The screenplay is penned by Adnan Adib Khan, whileTahsin Rahman has done the cinematography. The film's soundtrack, featuring chart-topping hits Dushtu Kokil and Laage Ura Dhura, has taken the music world by storm, breaking multiple records and adding to the movie's soaring success.
On Hoichoi, the film will be available with English subtitles and a Hindi version as well, to reach an even broader audience.
