Veteran actor Rajiv Kapoor's last film, Toolsidas Junior will soon hit your screens. Directed by Mridul Mahendra, the film is a posthumous release of Kapoor, following his death in February last year. The film, which is a sports drama, also stars Sanjay Dutt, Dalip Tahil and Varun Buddhadev.

The makers have now announced the release date of the film with a fun video by Kapoor Junior. Ranbir Kapoor has always promoted his family's films and he does so again with another adorable video with the child actor of the film, Varun Buddhadev. The video, titled Kapoor Jr v/s Toolsidas Jr, shows Ranbir Kapoor playing a game of snooker with Varun. It ends with Ranbir saying, 'bachcha hai, phad dega' and asks Varun to say it too.

The video was shared on social media by the Ashutosh Gowariker productions. The post was captioned, saying: "Get ready as Kapoor Junior cues up #ToolsidasJunior, coming to your screens soon!" It further announced where and when the film will release. The movie is set to release on Netflix on May 23.

Earlier in an interview with Yahoo! India, Randhir Kapoor had spoken about his late brother, Rajiv Kapoor and how he was so excited about the film. Kapoor said that Rajiv was extremely happy to be a part of the film. He had asked him specifically to be sober throughout the shooting of the film and he did. "He didn’t touch alcohol during the entire spell. He was excited that he’d now be getting good character roles. But he couldn’t see it release! Magar woh jahan kahan hoga… he will be happy to see himself on screen,” he had said.
