While there are several reality shows across languages have been released within the months of September and October this year, Bigg Boss Season 19 and Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 17 remained fluctuating in the top five list of highest viewership. Ormax Media has recently dropped the last week's data that includes dates from October 13 to October 19, 2025. Some other shows that also made headlines were Bigg Boss Telugu and Bigg Boss Malayalam. However, these did not top the chart yet.

Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss Season 19 is still running good since it's opening in August, garnering 8 million viewership last week. From Gaurav Khanna to Tanya Mittal, each contestant is trying their best to shine in the house. According to Bigg Boss Khabri, nineteenth season is expected to end by the first week of December. However, if the show is not extended, chances are it will end the given time. Zeishan Quadri is the latest contestant to get evicted from Bigg Boss. Nagma Mirajkar and Natalia were also eliminated. Later, Awez Darbar shown exit too.

Hosted by Ashneer Grover, this reality show is the Hindi remake of the British namesake drama. Rise and Fall was launched on September 6 and ended on October 17 with Arjun Bijlani winning the season. Last week, Rise and Fall achieved 3.5 million viewership for the streamer due to its finale. The show was a social experiment where 'Workers' complete tasks to earn money and a chance to rise, while 'Rulers' try to maintain their power, with alliances, betrayals, and strategic gameplay.

Hosted by Sonali Bendre and Munawar Faruqui, this reality show premiered in August on Colors TV. Pati Patni Aur Panga is reportedly to end in November, and last week it garnered 2.1 million views. The recent episode saw a rollercoaster of emotional moments as cancer survivors Hina Khan and Sonali Bendre shared their personal struggles and experiences with teary eyes. Pati Patni Aur Panga tests the relationships of renowned celebrity couples through a series of fun and quirky game challenges.

Amitabh Bachchan-hoster this reality show's recent promo teases numerous light-hearted banters, with both performers playfully impersonating Bollywood icons, leaving Big B visibly amused. For example, In the promo, Sunil Grover steps onto the set dressed as Amitabh Bachchan himself, giving the viewers a humorous twist on the show grandeur. KBC 17 achieved 1.4 million viewerships last week, making it and fourth show in the top-five list of most-awaited non-fiction reality shows of the week.

The Tamil version of the Bigg Boss show saw the Diwali elimination of Apsara CJ, despite not being associated with any fierce fights or controversies with other contestants. Apsara CJ received the least vote, leading to the second member of the leave the house. Last week, Ramya Joo, Parvathy, Diwagar, Sabari, Apsara, Aurora, Kamrudin, FJ, and Kemy were nominated, and Apsara finally got eliminated. Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9 received 1.5 million viewerships for the streamer.
