Meet the Spartans

A 2008 American spoof film that stars Sean Maguire, Carmen Electra and Kevin Sorbo in lead roles. Though the film received extremely negative reviews, it turned out to be a box-office success. The film is a spoof of the movie 300 and also a few other films and shows. The story follows King Leonidas, a young Spartan warrior who, along with his small army, sets out on a mission to fight the evil Persian ruler, Xerxes.

Scary movie 1

A 2000 American parody film that is the first of the four other sequels from the Scary Movie franchise.The film features an ensemble starcast of Anna Faris, Jon Abrahams, Carmen Electra, Shannon Elizabeth.. The movie is a spoof of multiple movies like Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer, The Sixth Sense, Halloween and The Matrix. The story follows a group of teenagers who unintentionally hit a man with their car and dump his body in a lake. A year later, a masked person stalks them and tries to kill them one by one.

Not another teen movie

Not another teen movie is 2001 American teen spoof film featuring an ensemble cast including Chyler Leigh, Chris Evans, Jaime Pressly, Mia Kirshner, Deon Richmond. The movie is a spoof of teen films like She's All That, Varsity Blues, 10 Things I Hate About You, Can't Hardly Wait and Pretty in Pink. The plot depicts a jock named Jake Wyler who turns his geeky girlfriend Janey Briggs into a prom queen as a bet with his friend, while his evil sister tries to restrain him.

A 2014 American parody film that is primarily a spoof of The Hangover and The Hunger Games movies and partially from Ted, Pirates of the Caribbean, Avatar, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and others. The movie stars Ben Begley as Ed, Ross Nathan as Bradley, Herbert Russell as Zach in lead roles. The story follows four friends who wake up in a state of shock after a hangover to find themselves in a kill or be killed game in a dystopian future.

Austin Powers: International man of mystery

A 1997 American spy comedy film, the first of the three Austin Powers franchise, that stars Mike Myers, playing dual roles of Austin Powers and Dr. Evil alongside Elizabeth Hurley, Seth Green, Robert Wagner, and Michael York. The film is a parody of the James Bond films and other pop cultures from the 1960s. The story follows a cryogenically preserved secret agent of the 1960s, Austin Powers, who is revived in the 90s, and realises his sense of fashion and style is outdated. With the aid of Vanessa, a modern woman, he revamps to fight his rival Dr. Evil.

Tropic Thunder

A 2008 American action comedy film is a spoof of a few famous war films, especially those featuring the Vietnamese War. The plot depicts a group of movie actors shooting a big banner war movie who are left behind in a deep jungle by their frustrated director and are forced to become soldiers they are portraying as they get attacked by a drug lord. The movie features an ensemble cast of Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr., Jay Baruchel, and Brandon T. Jackson, as a group of actors shooting for the film while Tom Cruise, Nick Nolte, Danny McBride, Matthew McConaughey, and Bill Hader are part of the shooting crew.
