Triptii Dimri was spotted in the city with her rumoured boyfriend Sam Merchant. In a video that is now going viral, he is seen giving space to Triptii to take the limelight as the paparazzi spotted them together. Triptii and Sam were out for grocery shopping, when they spotted the cameras around them.

Triptii and Sam were out shopping, when he noticed the cameras. On seeing them, Sam stepped aside. That is when Triptii also saw the paps and posed for them. After doing so, she rejoined Sam and the two shared a laugh.
Triptii’s next film
Triptii will be seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 next. The film stars Kartik Aaryan from the second installment and brings Vidya Balan from the first installment back.
She is also a part of Bad Newz (from Good Newzz makers) featuring Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. Triptii will also be seen in Raaj Shaandilyaa’s Vicky Vidya Ka Who Wala Video co-starring Rajkummar Rao.
Triptii’s claim-to-fame
Although she was recognized in Sajid Ali’s Laila Majnu, Anushka Sharma-backed Bulbbul and Anvita Datt’s Qala, Triptii became popular more recently due to her short but powerful performance in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. She played the role of Ranbir Kapoor (Rannvijay Singh Balbir and Aziz Haque)’s lover, Zoya. Triptii’s character was kept under the wraps and after the film’s release, it came to limelight in a massive way.
Her lesser-known films
Triptii was seen in a cameo appearance in Sridevi’s Mom. She was seen in the role of Swati in the movie. In the same year, she made her full-fledged acting debut with Shreyas Talpade’s Poster Boys as Riya. It was when she appeared as Laila in Laila Majnu a year later (in 2018), that Triptii was first recognized in the industry. Her performances have been appreciated ever since.
