Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar: Runtime, UA certificate; advance booking and everything about this Ranbir Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor starrer

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, is scheduled to hit theatres on March 8, 2023. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has granted the movie a U/A certificate of clearance. The romantic comedy runs for 159.59 minutes (2 hours, 39 min, 59 sec). The first half will last for one hour, nine minutes, and thirty-nine seconds, while the second half will be for one hour, thirty minutes, and twenty seconds. The advance booking period for the forthcoming movie in India will begin on March 5, which is three days before it releases.

The Ranbir Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor movie's makers were reportedly considering a Tuesday, March 7, rather than a Wednesday, March 8, release. Afterwards, a source familiar with the project explained to Bollywood Hungama that the prepone ideas had been scrapped. T he plan has not changed. According to the source, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar will release on March 8 as planned.

The source further added, “A lot of last-minute prep is going on with the film and the makers feared that releasing a day earlier might add a lot of stress to the already overworked team. Moreover, even internationally, the plan was locked for March 8. Hence, a decision was taken to release Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar on March 8.”

In addition to Shraddha and Ranbir, Dimple Kapadia is part of the film's ensemble cast. With this Luv Ranjan directed film, Anubhav Singh Bassi and producer Boney Kapoor will make their full-fledged acting debuts.
