Much to the excitement of the fans, a behind-the-scenes video from Mammootty's upcoming movie Turbo has been leaked on social media. This video features a martial arts action scene from the movie with Kannada actor Raj B Shetty in it.

The video has gone viral, surprising and delighting netizens alike on social media platforms. While some have begged others to refrain from posting spoilers, especially since this is a much-awaited film, others have expressed their enthusiasm for the project.

The director posted a picture of himself with martial arts performers on his Instagram account, despite the fact that the video may appear to contain spoilers.

Raj B Shetty’s debut in Malayalam films is much anticipated for his works, such as Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana and Toby, were enjoyed and appreciated by film enthusiasts across the country, especially in Kerala.

Vysakh is directing this highly anticipated movie. This is the third collaboration between Mammootty and the director after Pokkiri Raja (2010) and Madhura Raja (2019). The film’s screenplay is penned by Midhun Manuel Thomas, whose recent releases, Garudan and Phoenix, were well received by the audience. Both films are streaming on Amazon Prime. His latest directorial, Abraham Ozler, is set to release in theatres on January 11.

Turbo’s first title poster was previously revealed by Turbo's producers in October last year, piquing fans’ interest. The second poster showcased Mammootty's appearance in the film, which is being billed as an intense mass action thriller.

The actor is reportedly portraying Turbo Jose, a strong man who goes to another state with a crucial task at hand. Earlier rumours had claimed that Turbo is a spin-off of the megastar's movie Kottayam Kunjachan. But quickly dispelling the rumours, the crew members stated that Turbo is based on a new subject.

Dulquer Salmaan’s production house, Wayfarer Films, will distribute the movie, which will also see Raj B Shetty, Antony Varghese, and Telugu actor Sunil playing prominent roles. While Vishnu Sarma is handling camera work, Shameer Muhammed is the editor. The soundtracks and background music for the film are composed by Justin Varghese. Mammootty is producing the movie under the banner of Mammootty Kampany.
