U-Turn Trailer fan reactions: Netizens compare Alaya F with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Shraddha Srinath

ZEE5's U-Turn is the upcoming Hindi remake of the Pawan Kumar directed, written and produced 2016 Kannada-language supernatural thriller film of the same name. The makers have released the official trailer for the anticipated movie which stars Alaya F, Priyanshu Painyuli, and Aashim Gulati along with Rajesh Sharma, Shreedhar Dubey, Sahil Takhi and Apoorva Suman. 

Fans seem to like Alaya in the lead role, however, they also compare the young actor with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who starred in the 2018 Telugu version and Shraddha Sreenath, who starred in the 2016 Kannada film named UTurn.

Meanwhile, a huge number of netizens also seem disappointed with another Hindi remake of South-language films.

The makers dropped the latest trailer for the Hindi remake on YouTube with a special caption that reads, "A journalism intern is investigating unusual accidents on a city flyover. When she becomes a prime suspect in a mysterious death related to the accidents, she is forced to prove her innocence and find the real culprit. Meanwhile, a lot of movie buffs penned their thoughts and shared their reaction to the trailer video in the Youtube comment section.

One of the fans wrote, "After giving amazing performance in freddy alaya f gets her first solo lead film this looks interesting 2weeks to go for the release waiting (sic)."

A movie buff penned, "Just imagine how much money they have to waste to make this movie which has 100 of remakes (sic)."

While another one commented, "Jindagi mein dukh or Bollywood mein remake khatam hone ka name he nahi lee rahe hain (Sic)."

A Samantha and Shraddha fan shared, "No one can beat shraddha srinath and samantha (sic)."
