The league competitions from around European nations are now over, and fans and players are getting the rest they deserve. Football is now returning with another UEFA Nations League. And Indian fans of the sport can watch the tournament live on OTT as well.

The league games work like it did last season, as 55 teams are divided into four main leagues. League A, which is the top division, League B and League C are divided into four groups of four teams each. League D, on the other hand, is divided into a group of four and a three.

The winners of each group in League A qualify for next year's finals tournament, while the winners of each group in Leagues B, C and D secure promotion to the next league up. Relegations await the teams who finish at the bottom in Leagues A and B with those in League C playing a play-off to see who drops to League D.

While France currently hold the Nations League title, the tournament is a tricky one for top teams to navigate. France returns as a solid team, with nations such as England, Germany, and Spain all coming in as favourites. Italy, who dramatically missed out on World Cup qualification, will try to do their best to get their hands on the trophy as well.

The UEFA Nations League will kick off from June 1, with Poland facing Wales in the first game. The league will continue till June 14. All the games of the League will be available to stream live on SonyLIV.
