The makers of the Amazon Prime Video anthology series Unpaused: Naya Safar have released the title track for the series. The song was released after the official trailer for the show was revealed on Saturday.
The song is a soft moving number that also includes some powerful rap, which adds a touch of energy and upbeat feel to the track. Created by the musical duo of Sachin Sanghvi and Jigar Saraiya, the song aims to bring out a message of hope and positivity, which will also be the main theme of the anthology series.
Amit Mishra has lent his voice to the song, while the rap portions from the track is by Shaikhspeare. The title track for Unpaused: Naya Safar is written by Kausar Munir.
“Naya Safar is a song that acts as a motivation and fills the hearts of the listeners with rejuvenated hope and positivity to not let anything bog them down.” said the duo of Sachin-Jigar about the track in a press release.
Unpaused: Naya Safar is an original series that will consist of five stories that will aim to be a window into hope, positivity and new beginnings. Gond Ke Laddu by Shikha Makan, Teen Tigada by Ruchir Arun, The Couple by Nupur Asthana , War Room by Ayappa KM and Vaikunth by Nagraj Manjule are the five titles in the anthology series.
The series stars Shreya Dhanwanthary, Priyanshu Painyuli, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Saqib Saleem, Ashish Verma, Sam Mohan, Darshana Rajendran, Lakshvir Singh Saran, Neena Kulkarni, and Nagraj Manjule among others. Unpaused: Naya Safar will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on January 21, 2022.
