Ranbir Kapoor’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni confirmed the speculations that Salman Khan was bartender at her wedding. Just as she confirmed the same, Neetu Kapoor went on to spill more details about what happened once Salman took over those duties. As one can imagine, people went crazy and did things to have Salman Khan serve them drinks. Neetu, who was on The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show with son Ranbir and daughter Riddhima, spilled the details.

Salman Khan was bartender at Riddhima’s wedding

Riddhima confirmed the news saying, “Haan.” She recalled there being no liquor left. Neetu then went on to talk about the same. She said that she approved of Salman as the bartender. “Maine socha Salman Khan serving liquor to everybody, right?” Salman went and started bartending. Then, somebody from the team informed late Rishi Kapoor that there is no liquor left. This left the actor stunned, because he had bought a huge stock for the wedding.

Neetu Kapoor reveals how alcohol got over so soon

Neetu then revealed that the guests were spilling their drink and asking Salman for more. Seeing how people were behaving, Rishi approached Salman and asked him to end his bartending duties. “Yaar tum niklo wahan se,” Neetu recalled Rishi saying.

Salman-Ranbir’s bond

Salman and Ranbir have shared an interesting bond over the years. Salman has worked with members of the Kapoor family i.e. Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor since the longest time. He collaborated with Ranbir on the latter’s debut film Saawariya and later, on Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. Interestingly, it was on the sets of APKGK that Ranbir fell in love with Salman’s rumoured girlfriend Katrina Kaif. The two started dating and were together for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, things did not work out between them. Now, Ranbir is married to Alia Bhatt, Katrina has tied the knot with Vicky Kaushal and Salman Khan still remains Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor.
