Unwell Paran Bandyopadhyay is homebound, cancels shootings

Veteran actor Paran Bandyopadhyay is unwell. The actor is currently suffering from a cold and cough. As per the primary investigations, it is the unbearable heat in Kolkata that affected his health. His doctor advised him a complete bed rest for 10 days. 

In a chat with Aajkal Dot In, Paran Bandyopadhyay said that he is homebound following his physician’s advice. As per the report, the actor cancelled shoots. He said, “The shooting has not started yet. However, it is scheduled to take place in Baruipur and Bolpur. Anyway, I prefer not to go for long outdoors. I told the production house that I will not be able to travel right now. How can I work if I can’t speak? Health comes first,” he said.

Meanwhile, the production house is reportedly in soup. Paran Bandyopadhyay requested the production house to replace him but the house did not agree.   

The actor is suffering from a cough and sore throat. He is prescribed to take vapour.
