Uunchai trailer: Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani embark on a journey to Everest Base Camp for the sake of their lifelong friendship

The trailer for Uunchai is finally out. The film tells the story of the strong friendship between Amitabh Bachchan, Danny Denzongpa, Anupam Kher, and Boman Irani. It stars veterans and legends of the movie business. The trailer starts with glimpses of the four senior citizens who live life to the fullest. However, after the death of Denzongpa's character, the rest of the three decide to fulfill his last wish of climbing Mount Everest.

They embark on a journey that is filled with adventure and life-threatening danger. However, for the sake of lifelong friendships, Bachchan, Kher, and Irani don't give up and walk the most dangerous trail on the planet.

Uunchai is about the adventure of a lifetime to forge friendships that will last a lifetime. The film shows how this trio are encouraged as they depart from their comfortable homes in Delhi to hike to Everest Base Camp. They did it because their only motivation was friendship.

Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, and Boman Irani play the lead roles in the film. Sarika and Neena Gupta will play supporting roles, while Parineeti Chopra will have an extended cameo in the movie.

The movie is directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya and made by his own company, Rajshri Productions (P) Ltd., as well as Mahaveer Jain Films and Bound Media.

Amit Trivedi has composed the music for Uunchai, while the lyrics are penned by Irshad Kamil.

The main shooting for Uunchai was completed earlier this year. Many of the movie's scenes were shot in Nepal, Delhi, Mumbai, Agra, Lucknow, and Kanpur.

Sooraj R. Barjatya, the director, is making his long-awaited comeback to the big screen. Uunchai looks like it will be a full-fledged family movie in the same way that other Rajshri movies have been fun for the whole family.

Uunchai is Rajshri Productions' 60th movie. The movie will be released in theatres on November 11, 2022.
