It wouldn't be an exaggeration to call it a dream picture! The directors of Suriya's upcoming projects Vaadivaasal and Sudha Kongara were captured in a single frame and Suriya fans can't be more excited. The Soorarai Pottru director recently dropped a picture on her social media handle, in which she seen with Viduthalai director Vetri Maaran on the last day of the film's shoot. In the pictures, the directors are seen overseeing the shoot even as they are having a conversation.
Sudha Kongara, who had recently injured her hand, is currently on a break from work. She is seen with a cast in the pictures. Taking to her social media handle, Sudha Kongara wrote, "Out of my gloomy break #viduthalai On what my buddy says is his “definite last day” of shoot! #VetriMaaran (sic)."
Vetri Maaran's Viduthalai is releasing in two parts and the shoot for the second part of the film was recently wrapped up. In the meantime, the trailer and audio launch of the film was held recently in Chennai. The film stars Soori, Vijay Sethupathi, Gautham Menon, Rajiv Menon, Chetan, Bhavani Sre, Saravana Subbiah, Ilavarasu and Munnar Ramesh.
Viduthalai is an adaptation of the novel, Thunaivan penned by B Jeyamohan. The plot revolves around a police constable who gets recruited for an operation to capture Vaathiyar, leader of a group that fights against police authorities committing atrocities against people of a village, in the name of police interrogation. The trailer of the film has won a lot of appreciation among fans.
In the meantime, Sudha Kongara is gearing up for her next with Suriya. The film is based on a true story that affected Sudha emotionally. The director had revealed that the film will be shot on a large scale and that it will be extremely challenging. After Viduthalai, Vetri Maaran will begin work on Vaadivaasal, in which Suriya will be seen as a Jallikattu bulltamer.
