Disney+ Hostar has been announcing back-to-back Telugu shows. After the success of Athitdhi and Mansion 24, the popular OTT platform announced a new thrilling family drama titled Vadhuvu. Avika Gor, who was last seen in Ohmkar's Mansion 24, plays the female lead in the series.
The teaser of Vadhuvu was revealed a few days ago and Avika caught the attention of many with her intense role. Seasoned actors like Nandu and Ali Reza plays key roles in the show.
Earlier today (November 18), the makers revealed Ali's character look from the series. Ali plays Arya in the show and team members have revealed that his character will be 'quite crazy'. A few days ago, the makers also revealed Nandu's look from the series. He plays Anand, the husband of Avika's character in the show.
Vadhuvu is about a young bride who moves into a joint family and gets involved in the dark secrets that have been hidden from her. SVF Social is the production house behind this series, whereas Abhishek Daga is the producer.
Poluru Krishna has directed this show and Sriram Maddury has composed the music. The series has seven episodes in total and each of them is under 30 minutes, as per reports.
The makers have not announced the release date of the show yet, but we have come to know that Vadhuvu will be released in the first week of December. Watch this space for more updates on this family thriller.
