Jeethu Joseph is busy with back-to-back projects. Barely a week after his film Mirage dropped on SonyLiv (OTTplay Premium), another update about his upcoming movie Valathu Vashathe Kallan has dropped. The makers have revealed the first look and role of Joju George from the movie. Take a look.

Valathu Vashathe Kallan is an upcoming Malayalam film, starring Biju Menon and Joju George in the lead roles. On Joju’s birthday on October 22, 2025, the makers have unveiled his look and the name of his character from the film, touted to be yet another thriller from the director, Jeethu Joseph.

The first-look poster features Joju George, clad in a typical shirt-mundu, with a curious look on his face as he stares at something afar. He holds a book and a pen in his hands, while there is also a bag next to him. The background suggest it is in a hill town or village.

The caption says, ‘Watch out Antony Xavier!, Samuel Joseph is right behind you!’. The makers had earlier revealed Biju Menon’s look from the movie, and introduced his character as Antony Xavier. WIth the latest poster, it is confirmed that Joju would be playing Samuel Joseph, who is keeping a close eye on Antony.

The film, with the caption of 'Confession of a broken soul' , is penned by Dinu Thomas Eelan. Apart from Biju Menon and Joju George, the film also features Lena, Irshad Ali, Manoj K U, Niranjana Anoop, and Leona Lishoy. KR Gokul, best known for his role in Prithviraj Sukumaran's Aadujeevitham,is also part of the film, along with Shyamaprasad.

The film, which went on floors in Kochi in May, is slated to be a Christmas release, as per Malayalam news channels. Nivin Pauly’s Sarvam Maya is also aiming for a December 25, 2025, release.

Meanwhile, Jeethu Joseph is busy with the shooting of the much-anticipated film Drishyam 3, starring Mohanlal.
