Valimai motion poster: ‘Thala’ Ajith makes a powerful impact

The motion poster of ‘Thala’ Ajith’s upcoming film Valimai has been unveiled on July 11. The actor comes in strong and fast in the first look.

His look takes us back to the unveiling of a fierce Salman Khan in Radhe. However, Ajith’s look is somewhat more intense than Radhe.

The motion poster begins with Ajith in a helmet. Soon, we get to read, “Power is a state of mind,” along with trippy music.

Team Valimai is yet to shoot an action sequence. The scene will be shot abroad.

The film sees Karthikeya as one of the lead antagonists. Huma Qureshi also plays a pivotal role in Valimai.

The first look of Valimai was slated to release on Thala’s 50th birthday on May 1. However, it had to be delayed owing to the second wave.

As the actor’s fans started getting impatient for the first look, he had released a statement requesting them to be patient.

Producer Boney Kapoor confirmed that the unexpected second wave caused a delay in releasing the look. “At this moment, lakhs of Indians are affected by financial hardship and emotional trauma due to loss of family members and friends,” he shared in a press statement.

Valimai is directed by H. Vinoth. The film will release in cinemas in 2021. It is expected to release on Zee5 post that.
