Karan Johar as a producer is already having a moment in the very beginning of 2024. He already has a well-performing show running on Amazon Prime Video (Love Storiyaan) this month and has also released the first look of his next production titled Yodha, due next month. Turns out he is not yet done with the announcements and now has a new one for us. As shared by Karan Johar on his Instagram, the filmmaker has now shared a buildup for a big announcement he is about to make. Johar hinted at a love story that is yet untitled but is directed by a director with the initials SK. But he didn’t reveal the cast. Fans are now confused whether this is Dulhania 3 or the Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor starrer.

Karan Johar Leaves Fans Confused

For the uninitiated, on his Instagram, Karan Johar re-shared an announcement reel that was posted by the official handle of Dharma Movies. The said reel had a write-up that read, "Untitled film New love story Directed by SK Cast Stay tuned!" And the caption to the video read, "A new love story is planted and it's full of (sun)-shine! Stay tuned!" While sharing the reel on his stories, Karan wrote, "Time for some guesses?! Stay tuned...this is full of well... SUNSHINE!!!!"

While not much has been revealed by the production house or the head honcho, nothing is stopping the fans from speculating and guessing things. Many netizens have now flooded the comments section of the said post to participate in the guessing game. Many are guessing that this is the movie that stars Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor together and is directed by Shashank Khaitan (the initials SK). While that is being guessed quite strongly, the Dulhania fans are also here and they so hope this is about Shashank Khaitan getting back to the franchise that gave them their Varia (Varun and Alia Bhatt).

About The Chaos 

If you are unaware, reports sometime back had said that Karan Johar is backing a film that is set to reunite Bawaal pair Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in a directorial by Shashank Khaitan. The buzz was that this was Dulhania 3 where Kapoor will replace Alia Bhatt. But soon it was dismissed and revealed that this will be a fresh love story. However, nothing concrete about this film has been revealed so far. So the chances of this are much higher than Dulhania.
