Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya roars slower, Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan beats even Vidyut Jammwal’s IB 71

The internet is filled with praises for Vidyut Jammwal’s film IB 71. Despite that, Salman Khan’s recently released theatrical film on OTT, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, continues to be the viewer favourite. Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya has started to roar very slowly this week.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, featuring Salman Khan in the lead role with Pooja Hegde as the female lead, struggled at the Box Office but that is not the case on OTT. The movie, which also marked Shehnaaz Gill’s debut in Bollywood, continues to be the most loved recent release. The film also starred Nagarjuna, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal and Bhagyashree in pivotal roles.

It is touted to be the remake of Ajith’s Tamil film, Veeram. The movie, also featuring Tamannaah Bhatia, was deemed iconic when it released in 2014. The movie was adapted in Telugu as well as Kannada since release.

Vidyut Jammwal’s IB 71 gives Salman’s film tough competition at the second spot. The movie, which talks about the Intelligence Bureau’s role during the 1971 war, has been highly praised since its OTT release.

Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya, which released months prior, continues to be in the list of top three. The movie, featuring Kriti Sanon and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles, is one of the most loved films in the recent times.
