The plot of Vash Level 2 is more brutal and inhumane. It introduces the new antagonist, Rajnath, who is the brother of Pratap. Both characters are played by Hiten Kumar. Vash Level 2 picks up 12 years later, following the traumatic events of the first film. in Vash, Atharva managed to rescue his daughter Aarya from the evil enchantment of dark magician Pratap.
However, Aarya is still trapped in a disastrous situation, in a catatonic state, while Atharva deals with the tragic losses of his wife and son. Meanwhile, Atharva beats Pratap, cuts his tongue, and detains him inside his house since the tragedy happened to his family.
Vash Level 2 begins with the new antagonist, Rajnath, who uses his demonic enchantment like his brother, Pratap and enslaves several schoolgirls under his spell. While Pratap's control is more powerful and lasts for a long time, Rajnath's spell eventually fades away and that irritates him. So, he seeks out his elder brother Pratap to learn the secret of permanent psychological control, the control that keeps Aarya trapped despite Pratap's absence.
In Vash Level 2, Rajnath casts a dangerous spell on the schoolgirls, who do not listen to their parents or anyone and jump off from the school rooftop. They are hypnotised by Rajnath's spell and do whatever he orders them to. While Atharva deals with the tragedy, he learns about Rajnath's spell and instantly realises the situation. When Atharva reaches the school to rescue the girls, he learns that Rajnath is doing this to track his brother, Pratap, who has been missing for 12 years, as he wants to learn the ultimate spell. Rajnath also reveals the purpose behind their spell, and that is, they want men to be powerful over women.
Atharva and Rajnath make a deal, and that is if Atharva helps him find his brother, he will help Aarya become free from Pratap's spell. When Atharva shows Rajnath that Pratap has been imprisoned inside his house for 12 years, Rajnath asks Atharva whether he has any debts due that he needs to fulfil to Pratap.
Hearing this, Atharva realises that during their first encounter, Pratap had paid Rs 10 for his tea, leading to a karmic debt. Atharva returns Rs 10 to Pratap, which frees Aarya from her psychological prison after 12 long years. Following this, when Rajnath unties Prstap, he learns that his brother's tongue was cut, which angers him. He again faces off against Atharva but ultimately fails. Atharva cuts off Rajnath's tongue as well, which turns him mute like his brother, Pratap.
