The actor, who broke into the scene with Arjun Reddy for the Pan-India audience, is now in the headlines for his next film. The yet-untitled movie, currently referred to as VD12, is one of the most anticipated movies of the year, and fans have been eagerly awaiting updates. In the last few days, speculations have revolved around the teaser of the movie. But now, a new update has surfaced, bringing Ranbir Kapoor on board. Ranbir Kapoor Records Voiceover for VD12?

As per the latest news, Ranbir Kapoor has joined VD12 in an interesting capacity. A source has revealed that Kapoor has provided a voiceover for the teaser of the movie. This development has taken the excitement for the film to another level.

According to an industry source, "Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up for his much-anticipated VD12, releasing this year. But what's exciting is that Ranbir Kapoor has given the voice-over for the VD12 teaser, which was recorded in Mumbai yesterday." There are no details yet on whether the teaser of VD12 will land on February 12, 2025, but strong buzz suggests it will.

Meanwhile, VD12 is set to bring Vijay Deverakonda back to the action genre after Arjun Reddy. The film follows similar themes and has already generated significant buzz. On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor is set to appear next in Ramayana: Part One, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The movie also stars Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravan. The film is currently in production, with leaked images already going viral.

Ramayana also stars Sunny Deol as Hanuman, Ravi Dubey as Laxman, Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi, Rakul Preet Singh as Shurpanakha, Arun Govil as Dashrath, Kunal Kapoor as Indra Dev, Harman Baweja as Vibhishan, Shishir Sharma as Guru Vasishtha, and Sonia Balani as Urmila, among others. Ramayana: Part One is scheduled to hit the big screens on Diwali 2026, followed by Ramayana: Part Two on Diwali 2027.
