Ved Tujha song teaser: Riteish Deshmukh-Jiya Shankar romance to the tunes of Ajay-Atul

The first song from Riteish Deshmukh’s directorial Ved is all set to release soon. Titled Ved Tujha, this track sees Riteish romance Jiya Shankar. They groove to the tunes of Ajay-Atul.

Riteish and Jiya are seen having romantic moments on the tainted window and wooden stairs. In fact, there’s a segment where his bulb lights up when she makes a move.

The song also involves a table and him throwing papers off it. This just adds to the title track (Ved Tujha, meaning I’m crazy about you).

Ved marks Riteish’s directorial debut. The actor also plays the lead role of Satya in the film. In his character, Riteish brings out his Kabir Singh side on the big screen.

The movie sees Genelia D’Souza as the female lead. Jiya is the second lead in the movie.

Ved also stars Salman Khan in a special appearance. The film sees Ashok Saraf in a pivotal role too.

When the teaser of Ved released, it was compared to Naga Chaitanya-Samantha’s Telugu film Majili. The movie was also about a man rejecting his second wife while she cared about him immensely.

This is not the first time when Riteish has tried his hand at something apart from acting in Zollywood. He had made his production debut with the movie Lai Bhaari back in 2014. The movie ended up being a blockbuster when it released.

The teaser has got Riteish-Genelia’s fans curious. They believe that Ved will be a gamechanger for the two and will be loved just as much as or even more than Majili.
