Saindhav, written and directed by Hit franchise director Sailesh Kolanu, is produced by the makers of Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy

Venkatesh, who was last seen in the comic caper F3, directed by Anil Ravipudi, will be making his web debut with the Netflix show Rana Naidu later this year. Meanwhile, the actor has been consistently listening to scripts but has taken his own sweet time to officially say yes to them. He recently announced his 75th film, an actioner, to be directed by Sailesh Kolanu, the maker of Hit, Hit 2 and bankrolled by Venkat Boyanapalli of Niharika Entertainment (the team behind Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy).
Well, the title of #Venky75 was formally confirmed today. The film, set in a fictitious port city in South India called Chandra Prastha (resembling Vizag), is titled Saindhav. A glimpse from Saindhav was also launched by the makers. While sporting a black-and-white beard and holding a gun in his hand in the same, Venkatesh as Saindhav warns a series of henchmen with a dialogue “Nenikkade Untanraa… Ekkadiki Ellanu… Rammanu…”
Santosh Narayanan will be scoring the music for Saindhav and the shoot of the actioner is set to commence shortly. S Manikandan, who worked on Sailesh Kolanu’s earlier films, is the cinematographer and the crew also comprises editor Garry BH and production designer Avinash Kolla as well. Saindhav will be signficant for Venkatesh, given it’ll be his first major pan-Indian release in the recent years and will be made on a lavish scale.
The veteran will also be seen in a key role in Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in 2023. Niharika Entertainment also recently bankrolled Santosh Shoban’s action comedy Like, Share & Subscribe. Other details surrounding the cast, crew of Saindhav will be out shortly. Sailesh Kolanu, after Saindhav, is likely to team up with Nani for Hit 3.
