"I just publicly expressed my gratitude and excitement. I was thrilled to see the energy when I got on that big stage and didn't prepare any speech," he remarked. The actor continued by saying that all of his enthusiasm could be seen at that time, and at first he was concerned that it might give him an adverse image. "The positive feedback made me emotional," he said.

Venkitesh opened his pre-launch speech by declaring that he had never before addressed a crowd such as this. "I've always wanted that, but Kingdom is the only reason it's happened now. It took me nine years to be an actor of such a film, and I am pleased and happy of my journey," he said. The actor also expressed his gratitude and admiration for the actors and crew of Kingdom, which stars Vijay Devarakonda and Satyadev in lead roles.
