Vicky Kaushal reveals his mother still beats him and brother Sunny on a regular basis, father Sham gives them ‘memorable moments’

Vicky Kaushal might have been grown up in both his professional and personal life but he still gets beaten up by his mother like a child. Not just that, both Vicky Kaushal and his brother Sunny Kaushal still get a beating on a regular basis. The actors spoke about the same during their appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show, streaming on Netflix.

Do Vicky-Sunny still get a beating?

When Archana Puran Singh asked Vicky and Sunny if either of them got beaten up, Vicky went on to say that they would both get a beating. Sunny agreed to the same by gesturing open arms.

Vicky reveals mother still beats them

Vicky further revealed that not his father but mother would beat them up. “Peetti mummy regular basis pe thi,” Vicky begins saying, when Sunny interrupts him and corrects him. That is when Vicky corrects himself and confirms that they still get beaten up on a regular basis. “Woh toh abhi bhi hai,” Vicky added, casually talking about how his mother would just get in the mood to beat them up, abuse them and slap them regularly.

When Sham Kaushal beats them

Vicky then revealed when father Sham Kaushal, a renowned action director in the industry, would beat them up. He said it would happen at ‘three-four important events’ through every year. The actor said it can go up to five but shared, “Woh important wale honge jo yaad reh jaayenge.”

Their childhood memories

Sunny and Vicky further spoke on their childhood memories and revealed that they would dance at cultural programs and replay that for all the guests who come throughout the year. Vicky then revealed that they would get stressed about it when they realize that the guest will be at their home the next day. “Pre-dinner ek event hamaara hota tha, dance karna,” Vicky shared, thus making everyone burst out laughing.
