After the humungous success of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Pathaan’, all the eyes are now trained on his upcoming film ‘Jawan’. Ever since the time the film had got announced, it has been making news for all the right reasons. Right from the film’s casting till the various looks of Shah Rukh Khan, the film has definitely become one of the most-eagerly awaited films of the year. With each passing day, there is some update or the other about the film, which surely makes the film one of the hot properties in Bollywood right now.

As per a news report in Pinkvilla, the latest update on the film ‘Jawan’ is that, the film trailer of the Vicky Kaushal starrer ‘The Great Indian Family’ will be attached to the Shah Rukh Khan film. Speaking of the film ‘The Great Indian Family’, besides Vicky Kaushal, it stars Manushi Chhillar as the film’s leading lady. Besides them, the film also stars Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadiya Siddiqui and others in important roles. The film is being produced by Yash Raj films (YRF). While the film is being directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, it is being readied for a theatrical release on September 22 this year.

As for the Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’, besides Shah Rukh Khan, it stars two of the southern superstars in the form of Nayanthara (who plays the leading lady) and Vijay Sethupathi. Besides then, the film will also see the presence of others stars like Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra an dSunil Grover in important roles. The icing on the cake, however, is the stunning presence of Deepika Padukone, who will be seen in a special appearance in the film.

As for the film’s music, it has been composed by the extremely talented Anirudh Ravichander. Three of the film’s tracks have already been released, which has been getting an encouraging response from everyone. These tracks include ‘Chaleya’, ‘King Khan Rap’ and ‘Zinda Banda’.

Release date of ‘Jawan’

All the eyes are set on September 7 of this year, as this is the date when Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ has been scheduled for a theatrical release. Even though September 7 is the day of the ‘Krishna Janmashtami’ festival all over, this year, all the Shah Rukh Khan fans will have yet another reason to celebrate. The reason being, for them, a Shah Rukh Khan film is nothing less than a festival! Which only means it will be a double celebration of sorts! Besides Hindi, the film ‘Jawan’ will be released in Tamil and Telugu languages as well.
